How long does a full renovation take?
That depends on the size and condition of the home. As an indication: a recent full renovation with an extension and a complete ground floor took twenty weeks. You receive a fixed schedule with the quote.
Can we keep living in the house during the renovation?
Where possible we phase the work so part of the house stays usable. With a complete renovation, staying elsewhere for a while is often more practical - we advise you honestly about this during the survey.
Do you work with subcontractors?
Carpentry, plastering, painting and installation work is done by our own craftsmen. That way we keep the quality, the schedule and the communication in our own hands.
What does a full renovation cost?
That varies too much from home to home for a fixed price per m². After a home survey (€ 60,-, fully credited when you proceed) you receive a detailed, fixed quote.
