What response times do you work with?
Emergencies are picked up within 24 hours, urgent reports within 3 working days and regular reports within 10 working days. Planned maintenance follows the annual plan we set together.
Do you work with a framework agreement or per project?
Both are possible. For housing associations and property managers with ongoing work, a framework agreement is the most practical: fixed terms, fixed rates and one reporting channel. We take on individual projects just as readily.
What does an intake cost?
Nothing. The intake is always free of charge for housing associations, owners' associations (VvEs) and property managers - we discuss your portfolio, the response times you need and a suitable contract form.
How do reporting and invoicing work?
You receive digital reports every quarter and invoicing per month, per building complex. Fault reports run through one fixed channel and are scheduled right away.
